return and cancellation policy

1. Goods Once sold will not be returned.

2. Payment once received will not be refunded. The payment shall only be liable to refund if we are at fault :

      A.  Wrong goods sent to you

      B.  Goods ordered are out of stock.

3 .  A defect in goods is an unlikely occurrence, but in case good is found defective the same will be replaced once the customer notifies us within 1 day of receipt of goods, the customer is reliable to return the goods at his own expense following which will promptly replace them.

4.   Products MUST NOT be cut or changed or used, OR else they will not be applicable for exchange or return. The determination will be solely done basis assessment by us.

5.   Item once stitched or washed by you will not be returned/exchanged.

6.   No returns will be accepted without notification

7.   For International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty , if charged has to be paid by the BUYER.

8.   This policy can be changed solely at our discretion.

9. Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
